Yes, we are retiring, but our burritos will live on!

After 17 years of serving our community, we have made the difficult decision to pass the burrito biz on to a new couple. Over the years, we have had the privilege of welcoming so many wonderful people.  For this, we are so grateful.

The decision to pass on our business to Jacob and Amanda was not easy, and we will miss you! We want to take a moment to express our deepest thanks to you—our customers. Without your support, enthusiasm, and loyalty, our business would not have been possible.

The new team will continue to serve with passion! They are excited to carry on our legacy.

Thank you for the memories, and for allowing us to be a part of your lives. It has truly been an honor.

Baird's Breakfast Burritos will continue making fresh burritos for you just like always. And of course, salsa verde too! I'm sure they will add some other fun items for you. You will see the familiar faces of our makers, and Patrick and I will be there for a bit also. Rest assured that nothing will change your Saturday morning tradition!
