Our Story

Hi! I'm Patrick Mullen, and my wife, Beth, and I opened Patrick's in June of 2007. Having lived in Zionsville for 25 years of our married life, we love having our dream come true in our own hometown.

I started my journey in the restaurant business in 1982 at Shapiro's Delicatessen. My career then moved to selling food to restaurants and food distributors. After managing Lennie’s Restaurant in Bloomington, Indiana, it became clear to me that my desire to have my own restaurant could no longer be ignored.

Beth loves to cook, and she is the creative side of our partnership. Entertaining at home was always fun for us, and now we get to have guests for dinner every night!
